The agent of Juventus defender Fabio Cannavaro says he cannot understand "all the fuss" over his failed drugs test.

Gaetano Fedele said: "I heard from him a moment ago and Fabio honestly does not understand all this fuss.

"There is a bit of bitterness for the way this issue has been reported. It's a very trivial matter. A fuss has been raised for a sting of a wasp.

"People never lose an opportunity to throw mud on Cannavaro. I'm sorry to say, but to date Mr. Cannavaro has never done anything wrong, he never made any own goal off the field, it is difficult to hurt him."
