The agent of Espanyol striker Raul Tamudo has denied talks with Real Betis.

It's been mooted Betis are attempting to sign the experienced forward as an injury replacement, so allowing them to land the player outside the transfer windows.

"Interest from Betis? I have not heard about this," said Tomas Duran. "Should we get a proposal, it will be evaluated.

"Now it is useless to talk about this thing because there's nothing."
