The new agent of Manchester City attacker Leroy Sane admits Bayern Munich are eager to sign him.

It's been claimed Bayern have agreed personal terms with Sane and tabled an opening offer of €40m to City this week.

Damir Smoljan, the chief exec of Lian Sports, told Sport1: "For FC Bayern and the Bundesliga, he would be an absolute highlight, both in human and sporting terms.

"Leroy is a player who has the ambition to win the Champions League. He is working very hard on himself to realise this dream. I can assure you that Leroy will come back in great shape after his injury. He is mentally and physically ready for the most difficult tests."
