Italian agent Claudio Vigorelli admits AC Milan beat Premier League rivals to the signing of Mattia Destro.
The AS Roma striker joined Milan on-loan in the final week of the winter market.
Vigorelli told TMW: "Tottenham and Arsenal in England (tried for him). But Mattia has chosen Milan, he wants to do well with the Rossoneri."
Asked if Destro will sign permanently, Vigorelli replied: "Sure."
The agent admits the gesture of AC Milan GM Adriano Galliani traveling to Destro's home to meet him was a decisive factor.
