The agent of Frank de Boer doesn't expect him to leave Ajax midseason.

The Dutchman has been linked with Newcastle United, with their manager Alan Pardew now in talks to leave for Crystal Palace.

Guido Albers, however, says: "Frank would never leave Ajax halfway through a season. There are no other clubs who have contacted me or Ajax to take Frank.

"We have received no inquiries so far."

De Boer's brother, Ronald, admits Frank would consider the Liverpool job if it became available.
