Arsenal are chasing Benfica fullback Lorenzo Melgarejo.
His agent has confirmed the interest of Arsenal and Fenerbahce this week.
Juan Gabriel Appleyard told Paraguayan radio Monumental AM: "Both Arsenal and Fenerbahçe have asked for information on Lorenzo, but so far neither has presented a concrete offer."
