Arsenal defender Thomas Vermaelen is attracting Serie A interest.
The Belgian has been linked with Napoli and Juventus.
"Many Italian clubs have shown an interest," Alex Kroes told La Repubblica.
"But we'll have to wait until after the World Cup to discuss Thomas' future."
