The agent of Catania striker Jorge Martinez admits they're only speaking to Manchester City about a potential summer move.

The Uruguay international has been a revelation this season and agent Daniel Delgado admits City are well down the road to signing his client.

Delgado told itasportpress.it: "Martinez is going through a very good experience, he's playing well and has become a very important part of Catania. His performances have attracted interest from several clubs.

"There are several Italian clubs which have shown interest for Jorge, but negotiations are still not getting to the heart of the matter.

"The only team with which we continue to talk with is Manchester City."
