Arsenal star Thomas Partey has undergone surgery to deal with a troublesome 'muscular' injury.

Per football.london, the Ghanaian is set to miss even more game time for the Gunners this season.

Partey, who will be heading to AFCON in the winter, may not play for Arsenal until February 2024.

The source states that Partey is hoping that surgery will be able to get him clear of these issues.

While he does have to miss a lot of game time at present, he will then have a clear run for the second half of the season.
