Blackburn Rovers have made a move for Juventus centre-forward Vincenzo Iaquinta.
Sky Italia says after being snubbed by Schalke striker Raul, Rovers made contact with Juve yesterday for Iaquinta.
The Italy international is ready to leave Juve this summer after the arrival of Mirko Vucinic from AS Roma reduced his playing chances even further for the new season.
Along with Rovers, Spain's Real Betis are also keen on Iaquinta.
