Inter Milan striker Adriano says he's feeling in great shape after last week's goal in the derby.

The Brazilian said: "I am relaxed, I've learned not to listen to everything people say about me in the newspapers and on television. I accept all criticism, as long as it is fair.

"Physically I am still not 100 per cent fit, as I think I'm missing something in terms of power and in fact haven't had a shot from distance for a while."
