Emmanuel Adebayor is digging in his heels at Tottenham.
The Mirror says Adebayor is refusing to be forced out by Tottenham, who want to continue their summer spending by bring in another new forward.
The 29-year-old striker, who scored only five league goals for the White Hart Lane club last season but has three years left on his on £170,000-a-week contract.
