Released AC Milan defender Nicola Legrottaglie is open to a move to Lecce.
The veteran has also been linked with QPR in England.
"I'm ready to evaluate any offers," the 34-year-old told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "And Lecce would be a welcome solution.
"They are a club who have achieved some important results over the last few years in Serie A and B.
"Playing in Italy or abroad doesn't make much difference to me, I'm ready for any experience," he added.
"All that I am looking for is an important project and at that point I am ready to calmly discuss anything."
