AC Milan are holding a transfer summit later today.
Rossoneri president Silvio Berlusconi and coach Pippo Inzaghi will be given an update on the club's transfer plans by GM Adriano Galliani.
High on the agenda is a deal for QPR midfielder Adel Taarabt, who spent part of last season on-loan at Milan.
Galliani was scheduled to meet with Kia Joorabchian, Taarabt's agent, today as talks continue with QPR over a fee for the midfielder.
However, with nothing settled, Milan have decided to delay the summit until they can reach agreement with the Londoners.
