AC Milan striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic has jumped to the defence of Tottenham manager Antonio Conte.
Conte was heavily critical of his Tottenham players last weekend after they surrendered a 3-1 lead to end up drawing 3-3 against Southampton.
Conte's future at Tottenham is uncertain, with the club looking to hold talks with Julian Nagelsmann, who was recently sacked by Bayern Munich.
But Ibrahimovic said: "'Every single one works in his own way. Somebody tries to be an actor, pretend. Somebody is being himself, somebody is trying to be perfect.
"I believe in being yourself and sometimes you pay for it because that's not what the people want to hear. I prefer to be myself and express myself like I think and the way I want. We all work in our own way."
