AC Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti was delighted with yesterday's Trofeo TIM victory.

Juventus and Inter were both beaten on penalties and Ancelotti said: "Against Juve we have shown good attacking play, even though we have conceded goals too easily."

Milan skipper Paolo Maldini also declared he would be ready for the new season kickoff: "I'm fine, in the next commitment I will be there."
