AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi has played down talk of a deal for Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli.

However, he admits concern over Alexandre Pato.

"My comment on Balotelli was misinterpreted. He is too expensive and it is no longer the time for certain moves.

"I am worried about Pato, but satisfied that we are climbing back up the Serie A table. Finally we are hanging on to the leading sides."
