AC Milan are weighing up a January move for AS Roma midfielder Daniele de Rossi. Il Tempo say De Rossi has asked Roma for a new salary of 7m a season after tax. Roma's first offer began at 4.5m.
Milan would be able to offer De Rossi the salary he is looking for as they wouldn't be spending any money on a transfer fee.
