AC Milan are ready to bid for Manchester United midfielder Nemanja Matic.

Tuttosport says Milan secured the return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic this week and are now hoping to sign Matic and Barcelona defender Jean-Clair Todibo.

Ibrahimovic has returned for a second spell at the Rossoneri, having signed a short-term deal until the end of the season with the option to extend through to next campaign.

Matic has struggled or game time at United this season, partly due to the emergence of Scott McTominay.

However, the Serb played the full 90 minutes in the 2-0 win at Burnley on Saturday with McTominay injured.
