AC Milan midfielder Franck Kessie says he was wrong to lose it with teammate Lucas Biglia in defeat to Inter Milan.

The pair clashed after Kessie was substituted.

Kessie stated: “At such a moment in the game, mistakes can happen.

“I was feeling the tension of the game and I wanted to win. When I was subbed off I let myself go with Lucas, but I've shaken his hand since.

“We've clarified things. I apologise to the fans and club. These 10 minutes of tension mustn't affect our season."
