AC Milan have made contact with Fiorentina for coach Vincenzo Montella.
Sportmediaset says Milan have made an initial enquiry about Montella's availability as they consider dumping Clarence Seedorf at the end of the season.
Seedorf has lost the confidence of Milan president Silvio Berlusconi, who regards Montella highly.
Montella's deal with Fiorentina carries a buyout clause of €7 million.
