AC Milan have moved to beat Juventus for Cagliari midfielder Radja Nainggolan.
Juve GM Beppe Marotta has confirmed interest in the available Nainggolan.
However, Milan have made an offer of 6.25m plus Bryan Cristante in co-ownership in the last 24 hours.
