AC Milan legend Rino Gattuso has been sacked as coach of Serie BPalermo.

Gattuso was shown the door yesterday.

"I'm disappointed that despite the hard work and commitment of my squad and myself as Coach of Palermo, we did not get the desired results," he remarked to ANSA.
