AC Milan join Juventus interest for Man Utd keeper Lindegaard

Manchester United goalkeeper Anders Lindegaard is attracting interest from Italy.

The Dane is weighing up his options at United after seeing David De Gea emerge as the club's outright No1 in the past year.

Juventus chief Beppe Marotta has been in contact with Lindegaard's camp about the prospect of moving to Turin as cover for Gigi Buffon, but with the long-term view of eventually becoming the club's senior keeper.

Milan sources say AC Milan are also interested as they seek a replacement for Marco Amelia.

Lindegaard is understood to favour the Milan option, where he will be given the chance to quickly establish himself as the No1 in competition with Christian Abbiati.
