AC Milan are ready to push through a January deal for Chelsea striker Didier Drogba.
The Daily Mail says the Italian giants are monitoring the Ivory Coast striker's situation at Stamford Bridge, where he is no longer an automatic first-team selection and is out of contract next summer.
If he does not pen a new deal Drogba will be available on a free transfer at the end of the season, but Milan could move in the winter.
The Rossoneri have a three-man shortlist for a new striker, and Drogba is at the head of the pile, which also includes Catania's Maxi Lopez and Roma's Marco Borriello.
