AC Milan goalkeeper Mike Maignan has suffered a relapse to his calf injury.
The goalkeeper has been out since being with France last month.
He was due to return against Monza, but was forced out of a training session this week and tests showed a lesion to the soleus muscle.
Initially, it was reported that the new injury was to the right leg, but that was an error and has now been corrected.
It is therefore a relapse of the left calf, but a different muscle, hitting the soleus rather than the medial gastrocnemius muscle.
It's suggested Maignan will need to be re-evaluated in 10 days' time.
