AC Milan GM Adriano Galliani insists coach Pippo Inzaghi is the right man in charge.

Inzaghi is helping revive the Rossoneri this season.

"Pippo is fantastic," Galliani exclaimed.

"He is proof that by sheer determination and force of will you can achieve anything.

"He became a stellar player thanks to his application, desire and intelligence. I think he'll do well as a Coach, because he works day and night and studies every opponent in detail.

"He has incredible knowledge, the reason he scored so many goals [in his playing days] is that he knew his opponent's weaknesses.

"Ronaldo, il Fenomeno, was the opposite of Pippo, as was Ronaldinho. I often wonder what these players could have done if they'd applied themselves like Inzaghi.

"Pippo returned to being great even after injuries, and that's why I believe that his determination will make him a great Coach."
