AC Milan are working with agent Giuseppe Riso to revive a deal for Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez.
Flush with the funds from the sale of Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Thiago Silva to PSG, Milan have the cash power to convince Tevez about moving to Italy.
Riso, who worked on the failed January deal, is again being employed by Milan to broker terms with City and Tevez's camp on Milan's behalf.
"We can say that this time could be the right time with regard to Tevez joining Milan," Riso told Sky Italia.
"After several attempts, we can say that this is the right time for Milan to realize the Tevez dream. I will travel to Manchester, but only for my other client, Luca Scapuzzi, even though many things can be done on a journey."
