AC Milan chiefs are in the process of clearing out a raft of fringe players.

While Zlatan Ibrahimovic has arrived on a free transfer, Milan management are now in talks to sell goalkeeper Pepe Reina to Aston Villa.

Defender Mattia Caldara is in the final stages of a deal with Atalanta and fullback Ricardo Rodriguez is in talks with Fenerbahce.

Caldara is set to join Atalanta on an 18 month loan with a €15m option.

Milan striker Krzysztof Piatek is also on the brink of joining Tottenham, though West Ham and Villa are also in contact.
