AC Milan chief Leonardo insists there's no growing rift with Brazil coach Dunga over the fitness of Kaka.

"What happened with the coach of Brazil in recent days is due to a lack of communication," said Leonardo. "Our relationship with the Brazilian national team is really good, there will be more and more communication.

"My future? I will not replace Carlo Ancelotti because I enjoy doing what I do today in Milan, I am fine with Adriano Galliani and the whole club."
