AC Milan chief Galliani jetting to New York to close deal for Real Madrid's Kaka

AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani is scheduled to fly to New York later this week. Sky Italia says Galliani will be in New York on Friday and is expected to open talks with Real Madrid over a fee for Kaka.

Galliani has already laid the foundations for a deal, having met with both Kaka's father, Bosco Leite, and his Italian agent in the past week to thrash out personal terms.

Milan are due to play Real on August 8, but Galliani will use his trip before then to negotiate a deal to bring Kaka back to the Rossoneri.
