AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani says fullback Didac Vila is staying.

Vila initially arrived midway through the 2010-11 season, but struggled in six months for game-time and spent last term out on loan at former club Espanyol. They've already been linked with Palermo fullback Federico Balzaretti.

"We are keeping hold of Didac Vila, during this last season he has played very well whilst on loan at Espanyol," Galliani told Sky Sport Italia. "Balzaretti will not arrive."
