AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has congratulated AS Roma over their deal for Kevin Strootman.
The former PSV Eindhoven midfielder was unveiled as a new Roma signing yesterday.
"We had tracked Strootman, but did not have 20m," Milan Vice-President Galliani told Sky Sport Italia.
"Roma made a great deal, as this is a player of the very highest level."
