AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani has slammed Udinese coach Francesco Guidolin for his shadow selection against Celtic.
Udinese drew 1-1 at Europa League opponents Celtic with a reserve-team on Thursday.
"Every time we play a round in the Champions League, I get a print-out of the current European ranking," explained Galliani.
"Despite the three victories from Inter, Milan and Napoli, we are in 11th place and even lag behind Cyprus. Do you know why? It's because some clubs show a lack of interest in the Europa League.
"We even set aside a contribution payment in the Lega to motivate them, but when the games arrive, they rotate the squads.
"The problem in Italian football is not knowing who wins Juventus-Milan this Sunday, but rather the 22-point difference from the English ranking."
