AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani admits concern with Alexandre Pato's injury record.

Pato broke down again last week against Udinese.

Galliani said: "I have had a meeting this morning with the Coach, the trainers and the medical staff to try to understand why this guy has gone through 2008 and 2009 without a problem, and has now stopped for the umpteenth time with a muscle injury."
