AC Milan chief Barbara Berlusconi says the club accepts Kaka could leave this summer.
The midfielder is in confirmed talks with MLS expansion club Orlando City and can leave on a free thanks to a clause in his deal.
"Kaka made history with Milan and I know he needs to make this important decision with absolute calm. If he stays then we'll be happy, but we'll have to take it into account if he does want to go."
