AC Milan vice-president Adriano Galliani refused to be downbeat after their disappointing 1-1 draw with Lecce yesterday.

At the final whistle, Galliani said: "We continue to believe, we continue to fight for the Scudetto. We believe that we have a great team, on points Milan have won this game.

"The league is difficult, everyone has good players. So sorry to lose two points, but we are still among the leaders. Let's have patience, life continues."
