AC Milan are chasing Chelsea pair Didier Drogba and Nicolas Anelka.
The club need a replacement for Antonio Cassano, who is out for around six months following heart surgery and a mini-stroke. "Maxi Lopez is one of the main candidates, but it will cost them to take him away from Catania," agent Claudio Pasqualin told Radio Sportiva.
"Milan also have to decide whether they want a number 10 or an 11, as in the latter case Adrian Mutu of Cesena would be dropped from the list.
"It's a real puzzle, though at this moment I think the most likely transfer operation to go through is the one for Drogba, whose contract is set to expire with Chelsea, so he is cheaper than Marco Borriello."
