AC Milan are chasing Cesena defender Luka Krajnc.
Krajnc has been scouted extensively by Milan this season as he has shone with Cesena.
TMW says Milan are preparing an offer for the defender, whose contract is owned by Genoa.
The Slovenia international, 20, joined Genoa four years ago from Maribor.
