AC Milan midfielder Urby Emanuelson has urged good friend Vurnon Anita to ignore interest from Newcastle United.
Anita is eager to leave Ajax for the Toon.
"I've given Vurnon my advice: of course, Newcastle is a great club and he can make that step," said Emanuelson.
"But it's certainly not bad to stay at Ajax."
