Aaron Mooy has apologised to Brighton supporters.

The Australia international was sent-off in Saturday's loss to Aston Villa.

Mooy was booked twice in five minutes with Albion ahead 1-0.

He posted on Instagram: "Just want to apologise to everyone for my stupidity.

"I'm sorry for ruining your weekend."
