Despite critics and pundits predicting a relegation battle for David Wagner's Huddersfield Town, the Terriers have defied almost everyone by securing promotion to the Premier League.
To celebrate their momentous penalty-shootout playoff victory over Reading, 25,000 Huddersfield fans poured in St. George's Square to welcome home their heroes.
