Hull City boss Steve Bruce has slapped a price tag of £30million on highly rated left-back Andy Robertson.
Robertson cost the Tigers just £2.85m from Dundee United last summer and is being touted as a potential £12m target for the likes of Arsenal, Chelsea and Aston Villa.
Bruce said: "Luke Shaw went from Southampton to Manchester United after just one season in the top flight for £30m, and I rate Andy on a par with him as a young player with bags of ability and potential.
"We have already had calls from clubs asking to be kept informed about his situation, and it might become inevitable that he goes.
"I've heard people talking about it taking £12m to buy him.
"That would just about buy his right leg - and the boy is left-footed!"
