Aided by the first half dismissal of the Fury's Ufuk Talay, Glory seemed headed for the three points after Mile Sterjovski's converted penalty in the 49th minute.
With 19 minutes remaining, the Glory conceded an unusual equaliser when keeper Tando Velaphi fell over his goal-line after saving John Tambouras' goal-bound header.
Despite claims that Velaphi was pushed, the goal was allowed and set the scene for a frantic final 20 minutes as the home side went in search of the winner.
But the Fury defence - without the injured Shane Stefanutto - kept out the Glory attackers to successfully claim a vital away draw.
