Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Stefan Reinartz has emerged on West Ham United's transfer radar.
The Daily Mirror reports that the Hammers have been keeping an eye on the 26-year old defensive midfielder and could make a play in the summer transfer window.
The east London club are uncertain about the future of Barcelona loanee Alex Song meaning they are likely to turn their attentions elsewhere, especially seeing as the Cameroon international would cost around £80,000-a-week.
Three-time Germany international Reinartz has been with Leverkusen almost his entire career, apart from a loan at FC Nuremberg in 2009, and comes out of contract at the end of the season.
