The Guardian reports that West Ham United have met with Slaven Bilic in regards to their managerial vacancy.
The Croatian is extremely keen to join the Hammers where he plied his trade as a player for a year in 1996/97 but the east London club but have not made a final decision on his candidacy.
According to the report, Hammers are still considering other candidates as well as Bilic.
The former Everton and Hajduk Split defender left as coach of Turkish club Besiktas at the end of last season and has made it clear that he wants to coach in the Premier League.
