West Ham United are close to securing a deal for CSKA Moscow star Niko Vlasic.
The Hammers are set to announce the arrival of the £21 million Croatian attacker, per the Daily Mail.
Vlasic is seen by manager David Moyes as the missing piece in his attack.
If the Hammers can finalise the agreement for the 23-year-old's signature, it would likely lead them to drop their interest in Manchester United's Jesse Lingard.
The Englishman had been hoping to rejoin the club where he spent the second half of last season on loan.
However, United's asking price and West Ham's reluctance to pay big money for a player who is out of contract at the end of the season have meant that transfer is unlikely to happen.
