Borussia Monchengladbach's £35 million-rated midfielder Manu Kone is being linked to the Premier League.
The 22-year-old is a target for both Aston Villa and Wolves this summer, per The Mail.
The two clubs are among those who are chasing after the French-born midfielder.
Speaking to talkSPORT, Chelsea and Republic of Ireland striker Tony Cascarino has linked Liverpool with Kone as well.
He stated: “Manu Kone is one they have been looking at. It has been talked about in France that he is going to Liverpool.
“That has been out there for a while. I do think they are reinventing that midfield and it was necessary.
“I don't think they will get him - but certainly, if they took Declan Rice, then I would love it."
