Southampton will be keeping tabs on Rubin Kazan defender Elmir Nabiullin when he takes the field for the Russian outfit in their must-win Europa League clash with Bordeaux on Thursday.

The Daily Mirror is reporting the Saints will be among a host of top English clubs watching the promising left-back as Rubin attempt to progress to the knockout stages of the tournament.

It is understood the 20-year-old has also attracted interest from a number of Bundesliga clubs.
