Real Madrid midfielder Fede Valverde is open to extending his stay with Deportivo La Coruna.

The Uruguay international is on-loan at the Riazor this season.

"The step I made towards Deportivo was big, this is not an ordinary club," said Valverde.

"And I try to take the opportunity they have given me. If you give me the chance and Madrid wants it, I would like to stay for more years here.

"But it is too soon to analyze that situation."

Valverde is on-loan at Depor to the end of the season without a buying option.
